About Christopher

Christopher Spasoff is one of few Alberta lawyers with experience on both sides of the occupational health and safety regulatory regime, having worked as an OH&S Crown Prosecutor before becoming an OH&S defence lawyer. He left the Crown in May 2014 to found F2 Legal Counsel, where he practises exclusively in occupational health and safety law, including regulatory and Criminal Code defence, compliance and appeals, workplace harassment investigations, and administrative penalty matters. Christopher also teaches the University of Alberta's Health and Safety Law course (EXOS 4624) and presents seminars and workshops on OH&S issues for employers across Western Canada.
