About Charles-Antoine

Charles-Antoine Danis is Danis Avocats' president and practises employment law and civil and commercial litigation, representing clients before Quebec's common law courts and administrative tribunals. In employment law, he advises and represents both employees and businesses in matters such as dismissals, labour relations, employment standards and restrictive covenants. His civil and commercial litigation practice includes complex corporate disputes, shareholder oppression remedies and injunctions. Charles-Antoine Danis was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2007 and holds an LL.B. from the Université du Québec à Montréal along with a certificate in labour and social law. He practises in French and English.
