About Celia

Celia Melanson practises real estate law, wills and estate planning, and probate administration in Shelburne, Nova Scotia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Acadia University in 1982 and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 1985, and has maintained her law practice in Shelburne since 1995. Celia is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Western Counties Barristers' Society. She is also active in the community, volunteering with the Shelburne Loyalist Food Bank and serving as a director of the Shelburne Longboat Society and a past board member of the Osprey Arts Centre.
