Caroline Bérubé was called to the Quebec bar in 2007 after completing her law degree at Université Laval. She began her career at the Rimouski Legal Aid office, then moved to private practice with Cain Lamarre before joining the firm (then Desaulniers Bérubé) in 2010, where she has practised exclusively in criminal law since. She is active in legal training programs across Quebec, Canada and the United States, and is involved with the Barreau section and the Association des avocates et avocats de défense du Québec (AQAAD).
