About Anthony

Anthony Geraci is Of Counsel to Jasmine Daya & Co. for select cross-border matters, a role limited to cross-border legal work. He is also CEO and a partner at Geraci LLP, where he leads firm strategy and oversees the litigation team. Anthony is skilled in mortgage lending and securities law, has authored articles on real estate finance, and has built national mortgage pools and funds along with net branching arrangements among mortgage companies. He is licensed to practice in California, Arizona, and New Jersey, earned his JD from Chapman University School of Law, and holds a BA from Auburn University. He was named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list in 2021 and 2022 and to the Rising Stars list in 2014 and 2015, and he serves as General Counsel to the American Association of Private Lenders.
