Costin Law is the practice name for Jeremy R Costin Law Corporation, a solo firm based in Vancouver's Fairview neighbourhood. Jeremy Costin practices business law, information and e-commerce law, and wills and estates, working with entrepreneurs and private companies through every stage of the business cycle, from start-up and growth to succession planning. The firm also advises on cannabis business compliance, including retail structuring and the licensing process. On the personal side, Costin prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care representation agreements, and helps executors through the probate process.

Before turning to law, Costin worked in computing and technology education: programming on an Apple II in the 1980s, hand-coding web pages in the mid-1990s, and serving as Curriculum Director for Internet programming at a career college. That background now feeds the firm's information and e-commerce practice, which covers privacy policies, licensing agreements, and intellectual property protection for clients in software, biotechnology, and aviation. Costin is a frequent guest instructor for the Law Society of British Columbia's Professional Legal Training Course and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association.
