About City Law Project

City Law Project is the Vancouver law practice of Peter T. Busch, who has practiced law in the city since 2005. The office sits on West Pender Street in downtown Vancouver. The practice centers on family law, human rights, and workplace injury matters, with representation in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court as well as at collaborative settlement meetings. Its human rights work focuses on advocating for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities, often building chambers applications as the foundation for that litigation. Workplace files cover both union and non-union settings where a client has suffered a physical or psychological injury.

City Law Project also offers notary services, including affidavits, government forms, wills, powers of attorney, and independent legal advice. Fees are billed hourly starting at a base rate of $200, though fixed rate options are available for clients who aren't sure what their financial situation will look like down the road.
