Bay View Law is a Vancouver based employment law firm that only represents employees, not employers, in disputes over dismissal, severance, and workplace treatment across British Columbia. The firm was founded by Aleks Kukolj, a Barrister and Solicitor and member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia, who earned a law degree from the University of Calgary in 2019 and gained early experience representing clients through the school's Student Legal Assistance clinic. Bay View Law opened a second office in Kelowna in 2022 to serve the Okanagan.

The practice concentrates on wrongful dismissal, severance negotiations, constructive dismissal, employment contracts, workplace harassment and bullying, and BC Human Rights Code claims, and it bills clients by the hour or on contingency depending on the case.
