About Andrea Glen Law

Andrea Glen Law is a solo family law and mediation practice based in East Vancouver, led by lawyer and mediator Andrea Glen. Glen earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University in 2004, and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in good standing since 2011, with admission to the New York State Bar since 2008. Before opening the practice, Glen spent six years practicing civil litigation, administrative law, and commercial litigation in Vancouver and New York City, then practiced family law at a Vancouver firm from 2013 to 2019, before launching Andrea Glen Law in 2020.

The practice focuses on resolving separation, divorce, custody, and support matters outside of court, through mediation, negotiation, and the Collaborative Divorce process. Glen completed Collaborative Law training in 2015 and has been accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as a Family Law Mediator since 2018, and is a member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Beyond mediation, the practice offers agreement drafting, unbundled legal services, legal coaching, and uncontested divorce representation, and accepts Legal Aid referrals for mediation. Glen volunteers with Rise Women's Legal Centre and Access Pro Bono and sets aside time for pro bono and reduced fee mediation and legal representation.
