Alder Law is a multi-service law firm based in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, serving the Tri-Cities and the wider Fraser Valley for more than 20 years. The firm was previously known as Maryn Law. Alder Law says its new name and brand reflect its growth from a personal injury and trial practice into a firm handling employment law, family law, personal injury and insurance law, and wills and estates.

Owner Michael J. Holroyd earned a psychology degree from Vancouver Island University in 2003, a law degree from the University of Victoria in 2007, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2008, building a trial practice in personal injury and employment matters in Provincial and Supreme Court. The team also includes lawyer Negin Saberi, who holds law degrees from Shahid Beheshti University, the University of Warwick, and the University of British Columbia and is a member of both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Iran Bar Association, and practices family law in Farsi and English. Alder Law operates from a single office on Lougheed Highway and describes itself as offering local experience with a fresh perspective for clients across the Tri-Cities.
