About Spagnuolo LLP

Spagnuolo LLP is a residential real estate law firm based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, in the city's Maillardville neighbourhood. Tony Spagnuolo earned a degree in business administration and economics from Simon Fraser University in 1985 and a law degree from the University of Victoria in 1988, then was called to the Law Society of British Columbia in 1989 and founded the firm two years later, in 1991. Since then it's grown into a network of 18 offices across Greater Vancouver, the Central Okanagan, Nanaimo, and Victoria, and it's assisted more than 100,000 homeowners with a purchase, sale, or refinance.

The practice centres on residential conveyancing, including purchases, sales, refinances, and title insurance, along with leasehold transactions on First Nations lands such as the Tsleil-Waututh, Tsawwassen, and Tzeachten reserves. It also prepares wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. Two of Tony Spagnuolo's children have since joined as lawyers: James Spagnuolo, who arrived in 2020 after practising at Vancouver firms, and Robert Spagnuolo, called to the bar in 2022 after working at the firm since graduating law school, who now manages its Terra Firma Title Review service. A third, Julia Spagnuolo, joined as business development manager in the spring of 2026.
