Burke Mountain Law is a solo law and notary practice run by Mery Naveh Fraiman from an office on Beverly Place in the Burke Mountain area of Coquitlam, BC. The firm serves Coquitlam and the surrounding Tri-Cities by appointment only. Naveh Fraiman is licensed to practice law in both Canada and Israel and also acts as a BC notary public, so real estate, estate planning and notarial work can often be handled in a single appointment.

The practice is built around direct access to the lawyer rather than a team of assistants; clients work with Naveh Fraiman throughout a file instead of being passed between staff. Real estate work covers purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing, title changes and estate transfers. On the estate planning side, Burke Mountain Law prepares wills, including gradual trusts, enduring powers of attorney and representation agreements, and it handles probate applications and executor assistance. Notary services round out the practice, from affidavits and certified copies to document authentication, apostilles and travel consent letters for minors.
