About Ishan Arora Law Services

Arora Law Services is an immigration, notary, and family law practice founded by Ishan Arora. It started in Ontario, where it still operates as a fully virtual firm, and expanded to British Columbia in July 2025 when Arora was called to the bar there and opened an in-person office in Burnaby. The British Columbia office, operating as Ishan Arora Law Services, now sees clients in person, while the Ontario side keeps serving clients across the province and beyond by phone and video. Immigration work covers family sponsorship, Express Entry and provincial nominee applications, citizenship applications, business immigration, and appeals before the Refugee Protection Division. The firm also provides notary services, including document authentication, certified copies, and witnessing signatures, along with family law guidance on separation, parenting, and support issues, and handles real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial matters.

Arora trained as a paralegal at Sir Sandford Fleming College and volunteered at a community legal clinic before working as a legal assistant at a Toronto personal injury firm. Articling with a Toronto immigration and refugee law firm set the direction that followed. Arora is now called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia, is listed with Legal Aid Ontario for refugee law matters, and holds credentials as an Advocate in India and a notary public. Consultations are offered in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
