Catherine L. Miller Estate Law is an estate law practice based in Comox, British Columbia. Catherine Miller has practiced law for more than 30 years and has focused exclusively on estate law since 2010, working with clients on estate planning, probate, and estate administration. The office sits on the second floor at the south end of Comox Mall, and a team of legal assistants supports the practice day to day.

The firm's estate work reaches into Alberta as well as British Columbia, so it takes on matters where an estate has ties to both provinces. For executors, Catherine Miller Estate Law offers two ways to help: guiding someone through each step of administering an estate, or stepping in as Agent for the Executor and taking on the bulk of the work directly. That narrower focus on estates, rather than a general practice, lets the firm put its attention on the paperwork and procedure that come with probate and estate administration.
