About BSG Law Corporation

BSG Law Corporation is a small law firm in Kelowna, British Columbia, working out of the Landmark office complex on Dickson Avenue. Founder Bal Grewal holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a law degree from the University of Calgary, earned in 2018, and was called to the bar in both Alberta and British Columbia in 2019. Grewal articled with a corporate litigation firm in Alberta and later practiced litigation at a New Westminster firm before moving to the Okanagan and opening BSG Law. Grewal also holds a real estate licence.

The firm focuses on real estate conveyancing, business and corporate law, wills and estates, and immigration law, and also offers notarization services. Its immigration work is supported by Gayani Lokugamage, who has more than twenty years of experience assisting legal counsel with research and document preparation across family, criminal, real estate, corporate, and personal injury files, and who speaks English and Sinhala. Grewal speaks Punjabi as well as English. BSG Law publishes a fixed fee schedule for common real estate and wills work and offers a complimentary initial consultation for will preparation, and it does not require a retainer for most real estate transactions.
