Minden Gross LLP was a Toronto business law firm founded in 1950 by Arthur Minden, Edwin J. Pivnick, and Morris A. Gross. For more than 70 years it practised in three broad areas: real estate, corporate and commercial transactional work, and litigation. By October 2023 the firm had grown to roughly 65 lawyers and more than 100 additional staff, and Canadian Lawyer magazine had named it a Top 10 Ontario regional law firm that year.
In late 2023 the firm's partners voted to wind down operations. The decision followed a run of senior departures to other firms and the collapse of merger talks with another firm. The firm said at the time that it did not expect to keep operating much beyond the following spring. Minden Gross has continued winding down since, and its remaining office is at 330 Front Street West in downtown Toronto.
