Stephen Garrod
Stephen Garrod is a founding partner of Garrod Pickfield who practised environmental, municipal, and planning law from 1980 until his retirement in 2024. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1978 through York University's joint LLB/MES program, along with a Master's in Environmental Studies, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1980. He taught the subject at the University of Waterloo for three decades and now serves the firm as a part-time advisor.
