Nidhi Vinayak is an internationally trained lawyer with over a decade of experience in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability claims. She earned her law degree and an LL.M. in Public International Law from a university in India, was admitted to the Bar in India in 2011, and previously worked as a judicial researcher at India's High Court and as a freelance writer for LexisNexis Canada.
