About Mark

Mark Tookey is an associate lawyer at Kennedy Agrios Oshry Law practising commercial and residential real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing and lending, and wills and estates. Tookey earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2015 and a Juris Doctor from the same university in 2018, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2019. During and after law school, Mark volunteered as a lawyer with Business Link and the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and as a student with the Youth Criminal Defence Office and Student Legal Services.
