Justin O'Rourke was raised on a farm near Exeter in Huron County and joined the firm in 2005 to build a varied practice close to where he grew up. He earned a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 1997. He lives in Mitchell and has served on several community boards, including as Chair of the Governance Committee of the Stratford-Perth Community Foundation.
