Hussein A. Hamdani
Hussein A. Hamdani is the Assistant Managing Partner, practising corporate commercial law with a focus on commercial and residential real estate. He helps clients incorporate and organize companies, prepare shareholder agreements and commercial leases, and buy, sell, and finance businesses, and he represents not-for-profit organizations across the Golden Horseshoe. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2000 and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.
